In-house manufactured products are sold as-is and are generally not returnable;
Defective products approved for return may incur a 6% transaction fee;
Products returned without defects may be shipped back at your cost or refunded with a 20% restocking fee;
Vendor-supplied new manufacture items may be returned in unused condition with a 15% restocking fee.

6. Materials Disclaimer

All products sold by COV Werks are manufactured using various plastics, resins, and other chemicals common in 3D printing and hobby materials. We are not responsible for any reactions, health issues, or other effects experienced by the end user from contact with, handling of, or use of our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all products are handled at your own risk and that any outcomes related to these materials are not the fault of our business.
