At COV Werks (Covenant Werks LLC), most of our products are 3D printed and manufactured in-house. Because each item is individually produced, there may be subtle differences in quality, texture, or appearance compared to product photos. These differences are normal and do not constitute defects.

If you receive a product with obvious issues caused during the printing or manufacturing process, please contact us using our Contact Us form. Provide details and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will review your submission and determine whether a return or replacement is necessary.

All printed products manufactured in-house are sold as-is and are not eligible for standard returns. If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, the product may be shipped back to us for a refund. Refunds will be issued minus a 6% transaction fee, which helps cover payment processing costs for our small business.

If a returned product is inspected and no defects are found, the customer may choose to have the product shipped back at their cost. Alternatively, a refund may be issued with a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection costs.

Products sold on this site that are new manufacture (items distributed on behalf of a vendor, not produced in-house) may be returned in an unmodified and unused state within a reasonable period. A 15% restocking fee will apply for such returns.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, shipping fees for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
