Shipping Policy

All 3D printed items sold by COV Werks (Covenant Werks LLC, doing business as COV Werks) are made to order, so please expect a delay in shipping depending on the size and volume of your order. We strive to provide accurate information about our current print and ship times on our home page, and we encourage customers to review these updates before placing an order.

Our goal is to print and ship all in-house manufactured items within 3–5 business days after an order is placed, depending on order volume. Orders that contain products sourced from distributors (which do not require in-house printing) are typically shipped the following business day.

All orders are currently shipped via USPS or UPS and are available for delivery within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you have specific shipping requirements for your order, such as alternate delivery instructions or expedited handling, please provide details in the order comments when placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, shipping times may still vary depending on production and carrier schedules.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If you qualify for free or reduced shipping, postal rates and speed will be the lowest option possible for our store to maintain good prices.
